The Council of Ministers, chaired by President Marshal MAHAMAT IDRISS DEBY ITNO, has approved a draft law and decree aimed at strengthening justice and security in Chad.
The Council adopted a decree appointing MADET CHRISTIAN AKOT as a notary public in N’Djamena, filling a vacancy left by the late BECHIR MADET.
Furthermore, a draft law on biometric data collection and processing in judicial procedures was approved, aiming to enhance security, investigation efficiency, and protect citizens’ rights.
President of the republic emphasized the importance of government officials staying connected with the people and promoting digitalization to reduce bureaucracy and increase transparency.
