The Minister of Territorial Administration and Decentralization has announced the suspension of General Djimta Ben Dergon, General Delegate of the Government to the Borkou province, effective immediately.
The suspension, cited for dereliction of duty and refusal to assume responsibilities, will remain in place until further notice.
In a statement, the Minister appointed the Secretary General of the province to assume interim duties, ensuring continuity of governance in the region.
