Prime Minister Ambassador Allah Maye Halina visited several of Chad’s prominent religious institutions in N’Djamena. The visit took place during a period when Muslims are observing Ramadan and Christians are marking Lent.

During the visit, he met leaders of the Chad National Council for Islamic Affairs, prayed at the Roi Fayçal Grand Mosque, and held discussions at the Archbishopric of N’Djamena.
The prime minister commended Muslim and Christian communities for their role in promoting peace and social cohesion in the country.

He also encouraged religious leaders to strengthen their efforts toward unity and reconciliation, highlighting their importance in addressing national challenges, particularly in the current security context.
The visit comes as Chad continues to promote interfaith dialogue as part of broader efforts to maintain stability and social harmony.
